Do you want a changing selection of books throughout the year to support curriculum topics and encourage reading for pleasure?

IELS has an extensive stock of high quality books including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, graphic novels, picture books, big books, board books and dual language titles. 

We are passionate about our books and select titles with great care, ensuring that we reflect cultural diversity and important social issues.  We purchase new books regularly and are happy to source specific titles for subscribing teachers – just let us know what you need and if possible we will buy it.  

What you can expect:

On a full subscription you will receive a box of approx. 35 books each half term (if you want more or less let us know). If there is space in your box we can include extra fiction: a selection of our favourite books to inspire and challenge independent readers. You can request additional books throughout the term – which we can usually deliver within 5 working days. You may want extra books for Black History Month, an environment week, or celebrate a sporting event or historical commemoration. Just let us know.

Value for Money

An IELS subscription offers fantastic value for money: a subscribing two-form entry school will have access to book resources with a current value of £65,000. We buy and cover the books, replace damaged stock with new, and store items until you need them making an efficient and cost-effective way of supporting learning with up-to-date, relevant resources.
