You can use the Library to borrow loan collections on a specific topic on a one-off or occasional basis and we can charge for individual loans.
A loan box of books includes approximately 50 items.
A loan box of artefacts is variable in quantity depending on the subject - for example, there will be more items if it is a loan on minibeasts compared to a victorian washing day.
Costumes are normally charged per item.
Current charges are as follows:
£65 + VAT per box of resources. This could be a loan of books, or of artefacts or a mixture of both
£20 + VAT per costume, £5 + VAT per accessory [hats, petticoats, etc.]
Delivery and collection can be arranged at a small additional cost.
Individuals or schools using the library this way will need to register with the service and to leave a deposit.
